PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansion joint cover having less risk that the mounting part of a floor member is damaged or disengaged and difficult to return it to the original state even if a base isolation structure and a non-base isolation structure are relatively moved in the lateral direction during earthquake. SOLUTION: This expansion joint cover comprises a floor member 10 installed at a groove 93 and a mounting fitting 20 for mounting the floor member 10 on the outer wall 90 of a base isolation structure. The mounting fitting 20 comprises a bearing mechanism (shaft 24, bearing 25) for supporting the floor member 20 so that the end of the floor member 10 is rotatable vertically and a link mechanism 20 for vertically moving one end of the shaft 24.
