PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buffering unit and an impact receiving structure, coping with impact two or more times and having flexibility. SOLUTION: An elastic member 26 is shaped like a rectangular plate and visco-elastically deformable. In the elastic member 26, a fitting plate 28 is adhesively bonded to one end face and the other end face which constitute the board thickness. The elastic member 26 is fitted, with the board surface erected to an impact receiving member 22 and a wall side plate 24 through the fitting plate 28.
