PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity measurement device which can measure the capacity of a test object with high accuracy by enhancing the measurement accuracy of leak current. SOLUTION: The impressed voltage of the test object is measured simultaneously with measurement of the charge current thereof; the measurement value of the impressed voltage is used for calculating the leak current in charging the test object, and the leak current in charging is used for calculating a capacitance value of the test object based on the fact that leak current in charging the test object is proportional to the impressed voltage.
