STRUCTURE OF A STATOR OF AN ALTERNATOR FOR A VEHICLE

A structure of a stator of an alternator for a vehicle is provided to be insulated from a stator coil and a stator core by being made of an insulating plastic and a material similar to the insulating plastic. A stator of an alternator for a vehicle includes a cylindrical stator core(46) stacked with a magnetic steel sheet having stator coils(47). The stator coils are wound and inserted around/into a cylindrical core back unit(41), a plurality of teeth(42), and a U-shaped insulator(45) respectively. The plurality of teeth are arranged to be spaced at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction by being integrally formed with having a predetermined length in a central direction from the core back unit. The U-shaped insulator is installed between the teeth. An end surface of a side of the stator coils wound and inserted between the teeth is pressed in a core back unit direction. The stator of the alternator further includes a rectangular wedge(49) for the stator coils not to be protruded.
