A motor driving device is provided to reduce intervals between elements by integrating peripheral circuits of the motor driving device on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) and improve the reliability of noise by being electrically connected with patterns on the PCB. A motor driving device includes a power supply circuit(100) and a control unit(200). The power supply circuit includes a rectification circuit(102) and a three-phase-full bridge circuit(104). The rectification circuit has a plurality of rectification diodes to rectify three-phase motor driving power rectified through a filter(101). The three-phase-full bridge circuit receives the three-phase motor driving power rectified through the rectification circuit by each of the three phases and supplies a motor with the received driving power. The control unit includes a power supply unit(201), a gate driving circuit(202), a protection circuit(203), a controller(300), and a photo coupler(204). The power supply unit receives DC power from the outside and transforms the DC power into power needed in a circuit to output the transformed power. The gate driving circuit drives the three-phase-full bridge circuit with the power supplied from the power supply unit. The protection circuit checks whether the power supplied to the motor is abnormal voltage. The controller controls the driving of the power supply unit based on the check result of the protection circuit. The photo coupler electrically insulates the power supply unit. All the components are electrically connected by patterns printed on first and second PCBs. |
