The invention relates to devices for producing highly dispersed materials and can be used in fuel industry, non-conventional power engineering, machine building, powder metallurgy, chemical, pharmaceutical, construction, agricultural processing, paint-and-varnish, and other branches of industry. A mixer-sprayer contains coaxially installed in the housing convergent and divergent channels of Laval nozzle, between which a toroidal mixing chamber is located. The annular chamber, which is formed by two coaxially installed surfaces of truncated cones, is a slot-like channel of constant section, which is connected by smaller base to the convergent channel, and by larger base to the toroidal chamber. In the middle section of the annular chamber transversely to conical surfaces along the perimeter spiral pins are mounted. The critical diameter dof the divergent channel is greater than the critical diameter dof the convergent channel that makes it possible to exclude the formation of backflows, which cause the locking of the chamber at passage of the work material flow from the divergent channel. |
