<p>An electron emission device is provided to improve electron emission uniformity by forming a resistor layer on a cathode electrode. An electron emission device includes a substrate(2), a cathode electrode(6), plural electron emitters(12), a gate electrode(10), and a first insulation layer(8). The cathode electrode is formed on the substrate. The electron emitters are electrically connected to the cathode electrode. The gate electrode is arranged on the cathode electrode. The first insulation layer is arranged between the cathode and gate electrodes. The gate electrode includes an opening, which corresponds to plural electron emitters. The first insulation layer includes an opening, which is connected to the opening of the gate electrode.</p> |
