摘要 <p>A display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a productivity and reliability by controlling a light emitting quantity of an organic electroluminescence device. A display device includes a substrate, a TFT, an inter-layer insulation layer(10), a wire distribution(11a), a passivation layer(14), a planarization layer, and an upper conducting layer. The TFT is formed on a display region of the substrate. The inter-layer insulation layer is installed on the TFT. The wire distribution is arranged on the inter-layer insulation layer, and provides a signal or a power from a peripheral region to the TFT. The passivation layer is formed on the wire distribution. The planarization layer is installed on the display region and is formed on the passivation layer. The upper conducting layer is formed on the planarization layer. An inorganic insulation layer is formed between the wire distribution and the upper conducting layer.</p>
