SYSTEM FOR GENERATING SUPERHEATED STEAM USING INDIRECT HEATING APPARATUS

A system for generating superheated steam is provided to use an indirect heating apparatus for collecting the steam generated by heating fluid and increasing the temperature of the steam and to use the overheated steam by circulating the steam between the indirect heating apparatus and the main chamber. A system for generating superheated steam includes a supply chamber(10), a main chamber(20), an indirect heating apparatus(30), and a controller(40). The supply chamber generates high temperature steam below 100‹C by heating fluid. The supply chamber is connected to the main chamber by a connection unit(51). The steam moves to the main chamber through the connection unit to be gathered in the main chamber. The main chamber uses the indirect heating apparatus to heat the steam to the temperature desired by a user. The controller is electrically connected with a pressure sensor(41) and a temperature sensor(42) to control the pressure and temperature of the steam.
