PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a document with an attached file by simultaneously printing text and the attached file in an electronic document with the attached file during direct printing and further attaching attached file print page information to a file attachment position in the text. SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus is composed of an attached information simultaneous printing processing means for simultaneously printing information added by an annotation adding means for adding to the original electronic document, attached files in various formats as an annotation which is not printed usually together with the original electronic document.
