PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for achieving the wide range analysis of the target molecule, capable of correctly identifying the bond and bond position between the ligand or the ligand candidate compound in the method of identifying the bond or bond position between the ligand or the ligand candidate compound by the NMR measurement. SOLUTION: The problem is overcome by comparing two-dimensional correlation spectrum acquired from a labeled carbon atom 1 of the amino acid residual group of the target molecule and a labeled carbon atom 2 and the two-dimensional correlation spectrum acquired after bringing the target molecule and the ligand or ligand candidate compound into contact.
