<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite magnet having a conductive function, regarding the ferrite magnet known and described as a sintered (ceramic) magnet. <P>SOLUTION: One or more metal elements selected out from titanium Ti, silver Ag, copper Cu, germanium Ge and vanadium V are baked on a molding sintered material containing an iron oxide and a barium carbonate or a strontium carbonate as a main raw material, and further it is magnetized. By this invention, the ferrite magnet which has not only a completely new conductive function but a semiconductor-like function where electric characteristics vary depending on temperatures is obtained by very simple procedures. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
