<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accelerator of degranulation in granulocyte, a screening method of an active-component candidate substance of an antiallergic agent, etc. <P>SOLUTION: An accelerator of degranulation in granulocyte containing candida-derived β-glucan as an active component is provided. An evaluation method of a substance suppressing degranulation of granulocyte or a screening method of an active-component candidate substance of an antiallergic agent, both including the following steps, are provided: a step of causing a test article, a candida-derived β-glucan, an antigen substance, an antibody against the antigen substance, and granulocyte to coexist and a step of comparing the level of degranulation obtained by the step with the level of degranulation in a state wherein the test article does not coexist. An evaluation kit of a substance which controls the degranulation of granulocyte containing candida-derived β-glucan as a constituent or a screening kit of a candidate substance of an active ingredient of an antiallergic agent is also provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
