PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the waiting time required for GPS positioning. SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 1 includes a GPS receiving unit 3, capable of receiving a measurement signal from a GPS satellite G1 and identifying a location by GPS positioning. The mobile communication terminal 1 includes a GPS satellite capturing unit 5 for capturing a GPS satellite, based on a positioning signal received by a GPS receiving unit 3; a captured quantity measuring unit 6 for measuring the number of captures of the GPS captured by the GPS satellite capturing unit 5; a GPS-positioning stop determining unit 7 for determining whether the GPS measuring stop condition is satisfied, according to the number of captures measured by the captured quantity measuring unit 6; and a GPS-measuring control unit 8 for making the GPS positioning terminated, when the GPS-positioning stop determining unit 7 determines that the GPS measurement stoppage conditioning is satisfied and continues GPS positioning, when the GPS positioning stoppage determining unit 7 determines that the GPS measurement stoppage conditioning is not satisfied.
