PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for releasing a resin molded object from a resin casting mold without damaging the same. SOLUTION: This release method of the resin molded object from the resin casting mold includes a process for applying ultrasonic vibration to the resin casting mold under a gaseous phase atmosphere to release the resin molded object formed in the casting part of the resin casting mold.
