PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the assembly of a seedling tray to a cross-feeding shaft in a state to connect and fix a pair of right and left connection stays. SOLUTION: Both ends of a cross-feeding shaft 71 supported on a machine body in a state to enable free lateral reciprocating motion are connected in a separately and freely movable state to a pair of right and left connection stays 75, 75 connected to a seedling tray 23. The cross-feeding shaft 71 is provided with a cross-feeding shaft body 71a supported by the machine body in a freely reciprocating state and connection shafts 100, 105 connected to both ends of the cross-feeding shaft body 71a with screws in a manner freely extensible or contractible in the moving direction of the cross-feeding shaft. The connection shafts 100, 105 are provided with engaging parts 102, 107 engaging with the connection stay 75 in a state freely movable in the moving direction of the cross-feeding shaft.
