The number of assembly steps of a fuel cell module is reduced. Furthermore, water entry from external is suppressed. The fuel cell module is provided with a fuel cell (1) having a structure wherein a cell laminated body is sandwiched by an end plate (8) at the both ends in the laminating direction; a fuel cell case (4) for storing the fuel cell (1); and a plurality of holding sections (5) for holding the fuel cell (1) through the end plate (8). The holding section (5) is provided with a first connecting member (51) whose one portion is to be connected with the end plate (8); a mount member (53) between the first connecting member (51) and the fuel cell case (4); and a second connecting member (52) for connecting the mount member (53) with the fuel cell case (4). On the fuel cell case (4), an extending section (41) having a shape for covering a part of the first connecting member (51) while eliminating interference with such part is formed. |
