PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous urethane resin which exhibits good adhesiveness and lamination properties even for a nonpolar plastic film, and also imparts good water resistance and boil resistance to the resultant ink film.

SOLUTION: The aqueous urethane resin (d) comprises three constituents of a compound (a) having a tertiary amino group and a functional group capable of reacting an isocyanate group in a same molecule, a compound (b) having a carboxyl group and a hydroxyl group in a same molecule, and an organic polyisocyanate (c).
