PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronizing device wherein a sleeve is sufficiently sucked to a gear side at the time of shift completion and chatter generation of a shift lever is prevented. SOLUTION: The synchronizing device includes: a clutch hub 2 rotating with a shaft 1; a gear 3 idly fitted in the shaft 1; a sleeve 4 fitted on an outer circumference of the clutch hub 2 with a spline, a shift key fitted in a first groove formed on an outer circumference side of the clutch hub; a first energizing means (not illustrated in a figure), held by the clutch hub 2, for energizing the shift key to the sleeve 4; a synchronizer ring 6, arranged between the sleeve 4 and the gear 3, energized to a corn face of the gear 3 by the shift key; an inclined surface 4a formed at an axially end part of the sleeve 4; and a second energizing means 9 compressed and mounted in a second groove formed on the outside circumference side of the clutch hub 2, for energizing the inclined surface 4a and generating a load to press the sleeve 4 to the gear 3 when the sleeve 4 is shifted to a predetermined shift position for synchronously rotating with the gear 3.
