A power amplifying apparatus and a mobile phone terminal using the same are provided to obtain a high saturation output by composing outputs of two power amplifiers, and to reduce the distortion by canceling a distorted signal with an inverse phase. In a power amplifying apparatus, a first power amplifier(40) amplifies a main input signal. A part of the main input signal is divided and inputted to a second harmonic generator(10), and a second harmonic is outputted. A phase shifter(20) adjusts a phase of the second harmonic. A first adder(30) adds and outputs the divided signal of the main input signal and the output of the phase shifter. The output of the first adder is inputted to a second power amplifier(50), and a second adder(60) adds and outputs the outputs of the first and second power amplifiers.
