<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an appliance enabling reduction in allergen in grains through operation easily conducted by anyone at ordinary homes. <P>SOLUTION: The method for reducing allergen in grains comprises employing a heating and cooling means changing temperature environment, pressurizing and decompressing means, and a stimulation generating means giving moderate external stimulation, and imparting the respective means in specific combination to the grains so as to enable reduction in allergen in grains. The cooking appliance is provided with the heating and cooling means exchanging temperature environment for the grains to be stored and the pressurizing and decompressing means, and a stimulation generating means giving moderate external stimulation, and has a function of reducing allergen in food through giving the respective means to the food in specific combination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
