<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer group or a primer set for amplifying a nucleic acid and a kit containing the primer group or the primer set and to provide a method for amplifying a nucleic acid. <P>SOLUTION: In the primer group for amplifying a straight-stranded protein or a double-stranded protein, composed of both or either one of a target nucleic acid sequence and an antisense chain sequence of the target nucleic acid sequence, a first primer contains a sequence (Ac) hybridized with a sequence (A) on 3' end side of the target nucleic acid sequence on 3' end side of the first primer and contains a tag sequence not hybridized with the target nucleic acid sequence on 5' end side of the first primer, and a second primer contains substantially same sequence (B') as at least a part of sequence (B) in the tag sequence of the first primer on 3' end side of the second primer and contains a sequence (C'c) hybridized with second primer itself or an extended chain of the second primer on 5' end side of the second primer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
