<p>A torque sensor includes an input shaft that is provided with an input gear 11b, an output shaft 12 that is connected with the input shaft 11 and is provided with an output gear 12b, a first pinion gear 14 that meshes with the input gear 11b, a second pinion gear 15 that meshes with the output gear 12b, and a helical gear 16 extending from the second pinion gear 15. The first pinion gear 14 is mounted on the helical gear 16 and is slid according to a difference in the angle of rotation between the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12, and the torques applied to the input shaft 11 and the output shaft 12 are detected according to the amount of movement of the first pinion gear 14.</p> |
