PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the occurrence of secondary output caused by the vibration of other parts or the like attributable to the vibration of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A piezoelectric sensor 4 deformed by the insertion of an object into an opening/closing part 17 to generate output, and a determining means 19 for determining the presence of the insertion on the basis of the output of the piezoelectric sensor 4, are supported and fixed to a sliding roof 15 by a closing member 18 so as to be under the same vibrating conditions. This constitution prevents either one of the piezoelectric sensor 4 and determining means 19 from getting free and shaking, and even with the occurrence of different vibration in a plurality of parts of the vehicle body, the piezoelectric sensor 4 is not pulled or pushed by the determining means 19, so that the partial deformation of the piezoelectric sensor 4 is prevented. Consequently, there is no occurrence of secondary output (second noise) caused by the difference of vibration. Accuracy in detecting the insertion can thereby be improved. |
