<p>The equipment (2) has a metallic container (4) and an exhaust constituted of an arcing contact support tube (9) and a metallic case (16) surrounding the support tube and defining an annular volume (20) with the support tube. The support tube has an entrance for passage of outtake gas. Exhaust holes are provided inside the case to permit exit of the outtake gas in the container. A particle trap (22) is located inside the exhaust between the support tube and the case, and is made of porous or foamy material, which is resistant to hot gas.</p> |
