A jig for fixing a microphone for measuring indoor noise of a car is provided to improve reliability of test data by allowing the same position and the same angle of the microphone to be accurately reproduced in a repetitive test. A jig for fixing a microphone(40) for measuring indoor noise of a car comprises a fixing rod(50), a main body(10), a mounting body(30) and a level gauge(60). The fixing rod has, at an end, a clamp holding a headrest pole and fixed to the headrest pole. The main body is inserted into the other end of the fixing rod and fastened by a butterfly nut. The mounting body is mounted in a support portion formed in the upper end of the main body with a bolt, and has one side surface fixed to a microphone. The level gauge is mounted on the front surface of the main body.
