A plasma display panel is provided to decrease a vibration and a noise of the PDP by removing a ventilating unit from a rear substrate of the PDP(Plasma Display Panel). A plasma display panel includes a front substrate(101), a rear substrate(111), a dielectric layer(104), a barrier rib(112), and a bonding layer. The front substrate is arranged to be opposed to the rear substrate. The dielectric layer is formed on the rear substrate. The barrier rib defines discharge cells between the front and rear substrates. The bonding layer attaches the front substrate to the rear substrate. A ventilating unit is removed from the rear substrate. An outermost surface of the bonding layer is arranged inside an outermost surface of the dielectric layer.
