摘要 A valve system capable of fine controlling a flow rate and a fine control method of a flow rate thereof are provided to optimize heating efficiency through reducing temperature difference of heating water by installing a driving motor unit and applying optimal algorithm. A fine control method of a flow rate comprises the steps of: setting temperature in a central control unit(300); operating a boiler(100) after setting temperature in a central control unit; supplying heating water by the boiler; distributing the heating water supplied from the boiler to each room(600-600n) by a distributor(200); measuring actual temperature in the each room and set temperature at a temperature controller(500) installed in the each room, after supplying the heating water; measuring temperature of return water with a temperature sensor installed at a return water pipe(120), if the set temperature is above the present temperature; determining whether temperature difference of the return water from the each room is below 3‹C; adjusting heating water temperature by operating a driving motor unit(210), if the temperature difference of the return water is above 3‹C; determining whether to open or close a supply valve at the distributor, after adjusting heating water temperature; and stopping the boiler if the supply valve is closed.
