A base plate for mounting an OSRVM(Outside Rear View Mirror) is provided to prevent noise from generating by using air channels for flowing air passed between the OSRVM and the base plate. A base plate for mounting an OSRVM(Outside Rear View Mirror) comprises more than one air channel(110) effectively flowing air generated during traveling of a vehicle. The air channels are parallel to the traveling direction of the vehicle in the rear direction of the base plate, and continuously crossed with recessed parts(112) and projection parts(111). The air channels prevent noise from generating by reducing a whirlpool to flow air during traveling of the vehicle. A glass guide(310) is formed at the rear end of the base plate to move a glass such as a window for a front door of the vehicle.
