摘要 An ECU(Engine Control Unit) learning control method for correcting mechanical tolerance of a throttle idle actuator is provided to reduce noise and fuel consumption by learning and correcting mechanical tolerance of the throttle idle actuator and controlling the quantity of air introduced into an engine. An ECU learning control method for correcting mechanical tolerance of a throttle idle actuator, includes a step(S010 to S050) of initializing the basic value by the tension of a spring at a throttle position, throttle position lowest value and throttle position highest value after starting of an engine, checking whether the basic value falls within the range of the lowest value and the highest value, and judging whether it is an engine learning enabled condition, a step(S120) of storing, as a first position basic value, the position value of throttle obtained only by the tension of the spring, a step(S240) of driving a DC motor such that the position value of throttle reaches the lowest value, a step of driving a DC motor such that the position value of throttle reaches the highest value, and a step of storing, as a second position basic value, the position value of throttle determined only by the tension of the spring at the state where the operation of the DC motor is excluded, learning the average value of the first position basic value and the second position basic value as a basic value by the tension of the spring, and ending the learning process.
