<p>The device (10) has inputs (42, 44, 46) for receiving an acceleration/deceleration set point signal, a speed estimation signal and the deceleration observed from a train (4), respectively. A regulated control output (40) is a function of inputs based on predetermined characteristic transfer function of the device and delivers a regulated control signal to the train, where the transfer function comprises an internal parameter e.g. response delay, associated to the train. An adoption control unit (60) modifies the internal parameter by an adaptation control, which is a function of the inputs. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling precision stop of a vehicle.</p> |
