A pedestal drying machine using a PTC(Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater is provided to reduce energy consumption and to reduce noise by not operating a drum when drying the laundry. A pedestal drying machine(120) comprises a container, and a hot blast supplying unit. The container has a space inside and receives the laundry at the space. A drying machine or a washing machine could be placed on outer upper surface of the container. The hot blast supplying unit has a blowing fan and a PTC heater, and supplies hot blast to the laundry. A steam generating unit is additionally contained in the container to supply steam to the laundry. A drawer(122) of the container receives the laundry.
