A steering wheel assembly is provided to fix a steering hub to prevent a dashboard from being hidden due to the rotation of the steering hub when a driver drives a vehicle, so that the driver operates the vehicle safely. A steering wheel assembly includes a steering shaft(27), a steering hub(21), a steering spoke(23), the first rotation transmitting unit(31), and the second rotation transmitting unit(29). The steering shaft is provided on a steering column. The steering hub is fixed to the steering column. The steering spoke is fixed to the steering hub such that the steering wheel is rotated. The first rotation transmitting unit is provided in the steering wheel to transmit the rotation force of the steering wheel. The second rotation transmitting unit is provided in the steering spoke to receive the rotation force from the first rotation transmitting unit and transmit the rotation force to the steering shaft.
