A decoration device for a cake is provided to allow the surrounding of a decoration device to be lighter and to allow the message of a message sticker to be displayed more clearly. A decoration device for a cake comprises at least one holding hole formed in at least one front or back part of a base upper surface; a candle holding unit provided at the holding hole; a plurality of candle holders molded at the back part of the upper surface of the base; and a message plate with a message sticker formed at the upper surface of the base, wherein the candle holding unit is provided with a holder base(400) provided with a plurality of candle holders(430) at the upper surface, a candle(400) put into the candle holders, a support bar(410) provided at the bottom center part of the holder base, and a putting projection(420) provided at the bottom of the support bar so as to be put into the holding hole. |
