Method for automated control of process of drying coffee extraction consists of measurement of temperature of drying agent at inlet and outlet from dryer, measurement of temperature of extraction of coffee before sputtering, measuring of rarefaction in furnace and in cone of dryer, temperature control for drying agent at inlet to dryer through change of fuel consumption for burning in furnace, control of rarefaction in furnace through change of productivity of smoke exhauster, control of rarefaction in cone of dryer through change of productivity of exhaust fan. Additionally one measures humidity of coffee extraction before sputtering and in proportion to value obtained one changes flow rate of drying agent at inlet to dryer, one controls temperature of drying agent at outlet from dryer through change of flow rate of drying agent at inlet to dryer, one calculates limiting admitted set value of drying agent temperature at inlet of drier, one calculates limiting admitted set value of temperature of drying agent at outlet from drier, one measures flow rate of fuel for burning in furnace proportionally to sum of results of that measurement, its integral and differential with change of flow rate of drying agent at inlet to drier, one measures flow rate of drying agent at inlet to dryer and proportionally to sum of result of that measurement, its integral and differential one changes flow rate of fuel for burning in furnace and productivity of exhaust fan of dryer. |
