<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window opening/closing device capable of being operated by both electric and manual means, and an opening/closing window. <P>SOLUTION: This window opening/closing device comprises a driving portion 30 for driving an opening/closing mechanism 5 of the window in which a sash 2 is housed in a frame body 1, attached in a building opening, in such a manner as to be openable/closable via the opening/closing mechanism 5, and an operation portion 31 for manually and rotatively operating the driving portion 30. A rotation transmission shaft 32, the one end of which has an attachment/detachment portion 33 capable of being subjected to the attachment of the operation portion 31, is connected to the driving portion 30.
