<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the substrate for a solar cell, which has a surface of moderate roughness for attaining light confinement effect and useful for manufacturing a solar cell exhibiting excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency, when it is used as the substrate of a flexible solar cell, especially a thin film solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: The substrate for a solar cell consists of: a surface roughness layer composed of a thermoplastic crystalline resin composition containing inert particles, and having surface roughness Ra in the range of 30-500 nm; and a support layer composed of a thermoplastic crystalline resin contacting the surface roughness layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
