<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power controller utilizing the electric energy accumulated in a capacitor efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The power controller 100 controls a generator 2 that converts the rotational energy of an engine into electric energy, a capacitor 3 that accumulates the electric energy, and a battery 4; and includes a power control means 10 which connects the generator 2 and the capacitor 3 in series to the battery 4 and supplies the battery 4 with the electric energy accumulated in the capacitor 3.
