<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve gray-scale precision by reducing a feed-through error of an electrooptical device, and to improve uniformity of picture quality of an electrooptical device. <P>SOLUTION: An additional capacitor (Cadd) is connected to a gate terminal of a driving transistor (Tdr) of the electrooptical device having the driving transistor (Tdr) connected between a reference voltage (Vdd) and a first node (Vpx1), an organic EL element (21) connected to the first node (Vpx1), a holding capacitor (Csig) connected between the gate terminal of the driving transistor and the reference voltage (Vdd), a constant-current source (25) which is connected to the first node and outputs a constant current, and a transistor (Tprg) for program connected between the gate terminal of the driving transistor and the first node. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
