PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain space saving and improvement of workability and to improve thermal efficiency by reducing a leakage of air-conditioning air which air-conditions a bathroom or the like. SOLUTION: This ventilating and air conditioning apparatus is provided with a circulating fan 21 sucking air from a suction port 17 opened to the bathroom 3 and blowing the air from a blowout port 18 opened to the bathroom 3; a ventilating fan 12 sucking air from an exhaust port 8 and an exhaust port 10 opened to a dressing room 4 and a washroom 5 and exhausting the air to the outdoors; and a refrigerant circuit 25 connecting through piping a first heat exchanger 27 exchanging heat between air and a refrigerant blown by the circulating fan 21 and a compressor 26 compressing the refrigerant, an expansion mechanism 28 expanding the refrigerant, and a second heat exchanger 29 exchanging heat between the refrigerant and the air blown by the ventilating fan 12. In this case, the refrigerant absorbs heat from the air exhausted outdoors in the second heat exchanger 29, and the refrigerant radiates heat to the air circulated in the bathroom 3 in the first heat exchanger 27. The bathroom 3 is thereby heated effectively without exhausting the air-conditioning air heated in the first heat exchanger 27, to the outside of the bathroom 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
