PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous erasure or the like of data when a mobile phone falls under water. SOLUTION: When a mobile phone 10 rapidly moves, an acceleration sensor 14 judges whether it is a free fall or not. When it is judged to be a fall, a main control unit 12 is notified thereof. When there is no data to be stored, data are completely stored or increase in deceleration is reported, the main control unit 12 powers off the terminal 10, namely, brings a partial circuit such as the acceleration sensor 14 of the terminal 10 into a state where it does not operate in a software manner.
