PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip which is capable of easily taking up the misalignment of a mounting member relative to a mounted member while the clip is assembled to the mounting member and handled integrally therewith at all times, and can be attached and removed in a very easy single operation. SOLUTION: An oblong hole 36 in a seat plate member 33 is fitted over a fitted head 28 placed upright on the top surface of a flat plate 21 of the clip 1 in such a manner that the oblong hole extends in a direction approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a cut groove 6, with the seat plate member 33 abutting on the flat plate 21, the clip 1 is mounted in the cut groove 6 and the fitted head 28 is fitted into an oblong hole 42 protrusively formed at the mounted member 41. As the fitted head 28 is fitted into the oblong hole 42 protrusively formed at the mounted member 41, a boss 22 moves within the cut groove 6 and the seat plate member 33 is caused to abut on the mounted member 41.
