<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect both of the server of a present company and the server of another company and to limit the utilization of the server of another company in constitution without the presence of the server of the present company. <P>SOLUTION: When a client is to be connected to the server of another company, the presence/absence or number of the servers of the present company on a network are confirmed beforehand. When there is no server of the present company on the network or the number of them is smaller than a required number, connection to the server of another company is stopped, and announcement is displayed or charging is performed.
