<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding apparatus whose size can be reduced while stationary stability of an output part is highly maintained. <P>SOLUTION: The feeding apparatus 41 is provided with the output part 45 having a pair of ultrasonic oscillators 51 which are arranged to cross each other and share an output end part 55 in front parts, a pre-load granting mechanism 47 which is arranged behind the output part and grants pre-load in an abutting direction to a part to be driven 42 to the output part, a supporting mechanism 48 which is arranged between the output part and the pre-load granting mechanism and has a plate spring supporting the output part to move in a back and forth direction, and a pair of right and left inclination restricting mechanisms 50 which are distributed and arranged to right and left sides with respect to the output end part, permit movement of the output part in the back and forth direction and restrict inclination in right/left directions of the output part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
