The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition that contains, in a pharmaceutically acceptable medium, a pharmaceutically effective amount of at least one active principle, at least one substance that promotes the absorption of drugs of general formula (1) and at least one compound capable of selectively modifying the pH in the gastrointestinal tract, promoting solubility of the promoter and improving absorption of the active principle. The present invention also protects the use of the composition for the preparation of a pharmaceutical formulation applicable to mucosae, preferably for oral administration.
