PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tacrolimus capsule which improves the uniformity of the content. SOLUTION: The tacrolimus capsule includes tacrolimus-containing particles having an average particle diameter of 10-300μm and filler particles having an average particle diameter of 10-100μm and the ratio (A/B) of the number (A) of the tacrolimus-containing particles to that (B) of the filler particles is 0.0046 or more.
