PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the electric motor which can enhance stability, by making the internal pressure uniform and has high sealing effect. SOLUTION: The electric motor includes a fixed member, a rotational member connected to the fixed member that rotates with a virtual rotary shaft as the center, a plate connected to or mounted in the rotational member so as to support it, a cap for covering at least a part of the plate so as to form a prescribed space between the cap and the plate, and a fluid interposed in the space between the plate and the cap.
