<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game program and a game apparatus which correctly detects an action of applying an impact to an input apparatus etc. by a user to reflect it to a game. <P>SOLUTION: An acceleration obtaining step (S2) successively obtains acceleration values increased and reduced according to the state of the input apparatus as input values. Increasing/reducing direction reverse detection steps (S3 and S17) detect that the increasing/reducing direction of the acceleration value is reversed. Acceleration difference calculation steps (S41 to S44) calculate the difference between at least two acceleration values obtained just before the reverse when the increasing/reducing direction is reversed. Game processing steps (S12 to S15) carry out first game processing when the calculated difference is not smaller than a prescribed value, and carry out second game processing different from the first game processing when the calculated difference is less than the prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
