PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure for an attachable/detachable traction hook 19 arranged on the axis of a side member 6 in which a collapse of a bumper reinforcement 1 and a bumper stay 2 is not impaired during a collision, and occurrence of any remaining crush can be prevented. SOLUTION: Holes longitudinally piercing in a front wall 7 and a rear wall 8 of the bumper reinforcement 1 are formed. A shaft part of the bumper stay 2 formed of a tubular aluminum alloy extruded material is fitted in the holes, and pressed against inner circumferential surfaces of the holes through expansion by the electromagnetic forming. An expansion part 13 is formed between the front wall 7 and the rear wall 8. An expansion part 14 is formed behind the rear wall 8, and the bumper reinforcement 1 is fixed to the bumper stay 2 thereby. A nut plate 5 is fixed between a side member 6 and the bumper stay 2, and a male screw part of the traction hook 19 to be inserted from the front side of the bumper stay 2 is screwed to a nut 4.
