An air conditioner is provided to reduce costs for equipment and operation as return air and outside air is respectively cooled and mixed with each other to be supplied into a building without reheating process of water, using a dual-tube type heat source water circuit. An air conditioner capable of performing heat transfer to return air from inside the building and outside air or heat transfer and humidification, mixing the air, and supplying the mixed air into the building, the air conditioner comprises a return air coil(1), a first outside air coil(2), a second outside air coil(9), and a blower(3). The return air coil performs heat transfer to return air. The first outside air coil performs heat transfer to outside air. The second outside air coil performs heat transfer to the outside air heat-transferred by the first outside air coil, wherein the second outside air coil is an evaporator or a condenser of a water source heat pump(A). The blower mixes the return air from the return air coil and outside air from the second outside air coil and supplies the mixed air into the building.
